Summary: This study present the design and development of an Online Bookstore Application for Olivaerez College-Paranaque aimed at improving the efficiency of book purchasing and inventory management within the institution.The current bookstore operations rely heavily on manual processes, which often result in delays, limited access to real-time inventory information, and inconvenience for students and staff. To address these challenges, the proposed system was developed as a web-based application that enables users to browse available books and school supplies, check stock availability, place order and track transactions online.The system also provides administrative features for managing inventory, updating product listing, and monitoring sales records. This study utilized a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, incorporating requirements analysis, system design,implementing, testing and evaluation.Usability testing was conducted among selected students and staff to assess system functionality, ease of use,and overall user satisfaction. Results indicate that the developed application improves accessibility,reduces transaction time,and enhances inventory accuracy.
