Dissertation note: Undergraduate thesis. Summary: Olivarez College Paranaque has had some challenges sustaining a centralized and organized system to maintain communication and record graduate progress. This study intends to propose the development of a web-based alumni system to assist with data management, tracking alumni, and communicating with alumni for professional support. The main features include user registration, profile updates, a career and education history log, event announcement capabilities, as well as a job board for new graduates looking for work opportunities. The proposed system was developed on web-based technologies and tested by alumni and administration. Respondents noted an increased ability to access alumni data, increased engagement with the college, and stronger support for their career. Respondents also expressed that the job posting function was favorable for new graduates transitioning from their education to their work life. This study concludes that a web-based alumni system not only streamlines alumni data management but also serves as an effective bridge between graduates and potential employment, thereby strengthening the relationship between the institution and its alumni.
