Specifically, It shows you how to design a program from the top down using structure chart, and it and it shows you how to plan the modules of a program using a pseudocode. In addition, this books teachjes you how test a program from the top down. As a result, students who complete this course should not only be able to code COBOL, they should be able to develop programs using effective procedures for design, planning, and testing.
