Fortunately, respondents strongly believed that they possessed those competencies their schools had provided to them as countered validated by the company supervisors during their OJT. However, there is no significant relationship established among the aspects of company - demanded competencies demonstrated by the respondents. To this effect, an academe-industry tool kit was crafted to sustain such identified competencies and thereby, address related concerns.
