Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Despite the medical breakthroughs in treatment for presssure ulcers, there are still a number of cases within the hospital area specifially the intensive care unit (ICU) and the medical/surgical ward some other case develop in patients who are in home care. The man purpose of this study is to investigate the treatments and conditions of patients with grade two pressure. This study used qualitative design which involved the assesment, observation, and narrative reports to describe patients with grade 2 pressure ulcers. We colleted data from the nurses, patients, and significants others of the patient regarding the condition before, during, and after the treament of pressure ulcer. This research aims to answer the question What is the condition of the patients before, during and after treatment and care?
