Olivarez College is facing some challenges of providing a specific place to manage and handle lost items. Users will be provided with technical support for their concern and responding to their inquiries and problems with suitable solutions and within a convenient time. This proposed study will make an enhancement in the current vehicle support mechanism by incorporating radio frequency identification (RFID) for verification and additional security of Olivarez College. Admin will provide and manage parking sticker membership to have an organized parking system wherein there is allotted space for members, non-members, very important persons (VIPs), and school staff. This website is aims to develop a security management system for Olivarez College for the lost and found system to have a centralized department that will handle the lost and found items and to secure and check the found item for the safety of the people around OC premises. This study resulted in these major findings. The Security and Safety Office admitted that they do not have a system for the lost, found items and for parking system. Some of the lost and found items our surrender in the other school department and about the parking area there is a lot of vehicles that cannot follow the rules for the parking. The security office is problematic on how to centralize the lost, found items and parking system. The result pointed out to develop a security system that will systematize the lost, found items and organized the parking lot for the student, school staff, and especially the VIPs in the school.
