Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Tuberculosis (T3) is a communicable disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculei which commonly affects the lungs. This can be transmitted through airborne-droplets from an affected person, or from overpopulated places such as squatter's area in a community and in School Year : apayal, IVIZAT After having series of medical mission inside New Bilibid Prison in prisons. Muntinlupa City, A major medical problem caught our interest, the increased no. of TB patients inside, and from there, we decided to gather data and make a research out from the 55 respondents. We conducted our research by submitting a request letter for the permission from the administration of New Bilibid Prison for us to be able to conduct an interview and gather additional data for this paper. We utilized the mix method in data gathering because we both needed the quantitative and qualitative type for us to identify causes, precipitating factors as well as possible solutions for the problems we identified In this Research, We therefore conclude that there is no significant relationship between their demographic profile towards the quality of their lives being a TB patient. We only identified poor environment as the greatest factor that contributes to their susceptibility to the said disease.
