Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: The Clinic Healthcare Information Management System (CHIMS) shows us the maintenance of the patient's information. It can be used by the School Clinic staff and student assistant at Olivarez College for the safety of the student's information. And it can help them to access easily the lists of medicines. The School Clinic currently has a system and we upgraded the system they are using. This system will help the clinic staff to find the patient's information easily and it has been proven that most undergraduate students experience difficulties and a lot of time consuming. To gather data, we conducted a survey about the system we designed. The respondents wanted us to upgrade the system and they recommended that we need to make a summary of the report of patients weekly, monthly, and annually. It can also help them to use more time to do more productive things in their designated office. These applications improved the traditional manual way. The system is accessible for all the staff of the School Clinic to all student's information of Olivarez College students.
