Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study attempted to determine the factors associated with parents' awareness and perceptions on Senior High School Program in T.S. Cruz High School as basis for the need for information dissemination campaign material. It used quantitative descriptive method in gathering the data using survey questionnaire among two hundred seventy-four (274) parent respondents from the said school. In order to treat the data, frequency, percentage, rank and weighted mean were utilized to identify parents' awareness, perceptions and associated factors while Pearson R was used to test significance between the two stated variables. The results clearly revealed lack of awareness of parents on the said program as influenced by their source of information and attended orientation while their perceptions were affected by their preferred SHS tracks and school for their children and their favorability for such. Therefore, to address identified issues and bridge in the gap, an information dissemination campaign material was developed for their purpose. Keywords: Awareness, Perceptions, Senior High School Program, Associated Factors, Parents, T.S. Cruz High School, Information Dissemination Campaign
