Undergraduate Thesis
A queue management system (QMS) provides a set of tools developed to manage or organize the flow of visitors. Waiting in lines is a part of our everyday life, waiting in lines may be due to overcrowd. A queue is a line of people awaiting services from registrar and accounting office. Queue Management is the ability to manage and streamline queues in order to improve customer waiting periods and staff productivity. The customer will get the ticket or queue number in kiosk and receive the queue number through sms or printed ticket and see the number in television screen and wait until its turn to be call. The purpose of this is to organize the waiting line in registrar and accounting office in Olivarez College.
