Frequency and percentage, standard deviation, weighted mean, T-test and ANOVA were utilized for statistical treatment of data. The study showed that students spend much time in using social networking services, especially Instagram, Twitter and YouTube mostly for gaming and self- expression purposes. Hence, they exhibit low study habits that varies across year levels in the use of SNS in terms of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, however, they are unanimous in the use of Instagram. In a similar way, they differ in their study habits along various strategies. Moreover, the more students are indulged into SNS, the lower they possess study habits. Obviously, SNS brings about study habits of students along their personal/social, academic and career development.
