Undergraduate Thesis
The system will lead to the benefit of the Office of the Student Affair (OSA) and academic purpose in evaluating the performance of their student activities by giving points to each activity according to the handbook of the school. It processes the points, annual reports, calendar of activities, outside seminars, and the final ranking. The data gathered from the departments are being used to determine their efficacy and productivity in their organizations. The purpose of this multi-dimensional system is to make the evaluation as objective as possible and to facilitate a process that increases trust and encourages a better attitude about the performance assessment of student organizations on campus. The data needed for this system is their reports (documents) and the activity itself, their calendar. All users can also upload and download their gathered data. The control and approval for the users will be managed by the admin (OSA).
