Bullying happens anywhere, anytime in schools and no one can be an exemption. Therefore, this study attempted to determine the most common bullying types and the management techniques employed and the challenges encountered in three Catholic schools in Parañaque City. The quantitative descriptive correlation method was utilized in gathering the data using a survey - questionnaire among ninety one (91), with 46 teachers, 30 discipline officers, and 23 guidance counselors, respectively from three participating Catholic schools. Frequency,weighted mean, One-way ANOVA and Pearson r were used in the treatment of data. Results showed that verbal bullying is rampant in those schools that are usually handled through counseling, empowerment, and peaceful conflict resolution strategies consistently by teachers, guidance counselors and disciplinary officers. There established significant relationship in the common bullying type and the management techniques employed by teachers and guidance counselors, but oppositewise for disicplinary officers. The latter consider addressing victims' low academic performance and depression, parents' involvement, staff coordination and understaff concern impede the process of bullying reduction and mitigation. To address the impact of bullying on students, a collaboration mechanism was designed and thereby, proposed.
