Resilience studies has been a hot topic these days due to the growing concerns of the COVID 19 Pandemic that have swept almost all industries in the world. This research is geared towards understanding economic resilience. specifically the hotel employees' coping mechanisms and handling of situations in the pressure of COVID-19 pandemic. The output of the study aims to provide a scientific input on the Human Resource Resiliency Program which can be adopted by different hotels in the Philippines. The study utilized quantitative descriptive correlational method in answering the posed research problems. A researcher-made self-assessment survey was utilized for a total of 232 hotel employees across 8 hotel properties in Newport City, Pasay. Results showed that the respondents of the survey are on their mature age, capable to handle day-to-day hotel tasks and are financially capable. Their level of economic resilience is within the spectrum of High and Very High with a greater emphasis on Compensation and Benefits as top indicator of economic resilience level of hotel employees. Consequently, it has been observed that hoteliers in Newport City also perceived the organization and human resources factors as moderate contributors of economic resiliency. In line with the findings, the researcher developed a Human Resource Resiliency Program (HRRP) for four-star hotels as the output of this research
