Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Professional nurses talk about other people lives no matter what age, gender or status in life. This study will awaken the students to strive to be the better nurses by adapting to the environment and the different behavior of the people. This study aims to find out using Behavioral System Model if the nurse's apply it theory to the patient The study was conducted at selected hospitals in Parañaque City (Parañaque Community Hospital, Olivarez General Hospital, Our Lady of Peace Hospital and South Super H-way Medical Center). This research covered 50 staff nurses and 25 geriatric patients who currently admitted in the Hospitals. A questionnaire was given to the respondents in order to assess the geriatric patients using Behavioral System Model by the nurses A descriptive-comparative method was employed by the researchers The process involved seeking approvals, data collection and statistical treatment Based on the summary and findings, the researchers have arrived in the conclusions: 1. The profile of the nurses respondents in Parañaque are mostly female (68%) and of ages 20-25 years old (68%). 2. The profile of the geriatric patients respondents in Parañaque are mostly female (60%) and of ages 60-65years old (40%). 3. There is no significant difference between the Behavioral System Model of staff nurses as perceived by the patients.
