Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: Church information management system is a web-based system that will enhance not only the current service, but also the face of St. Joseph Parish-Tambo, Parañaque. Our system focuses more on adding convenience to the church-goers and to the other people among the community. Our system has functions that will make the admins' work easier and faster. You can file a request or schedule by just using only your phone, and also you can track your request progress by logging in your account. You can also save time going to the church office by printing your own data sheet form from the system so you can fill it up in advance before going to the church just to submit it. It saves time and effort not only to the user, but also to the church office admin. We conducted a survey to 100 respondents to know if they approve with our proposed system and it turns out that the majority of our respondents were satisfied with using our system. This gave us the confidence that our system will be a success someday. The reason why we have come up with this proposal for the first place is that we knew the churches are falling behind when it comes to technology, that they can't maximize their work effort because they lack a proper system to help them with data storing and processing requests and schedules. Our system will help the church and its organization by a lot, and our system has already been approved by the parish priest, Fr. Kevin Crisostomo, that it is ready for deployment and for presentation.
