The purpose of this sequential explanatory research study is to explore and find out the factors affecting teachers' integration of ICT in basic education. Using mixed method as the guiding research methodology, I sought to gain insight into the factors affecting teachers' integration of ICT using a questionnaire for the quantitative data and "dialogic interviewing procedures and thematic interpretations," (Thomas & Pollio, 2002, p. 44). My goal was to capture a rich description of the essence of the factors affecting teachers' integration of ICT.
