This study was conducted to assess and determine how efficient is the logistics operation in the Philippine Air Force as perceived by the three groups of respondents assigned in the different flying units during the Calendar Year 2013 to 2014 with an end view of designing some operational enhancement procedures. Specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions: 1. How effective is the Philippine Air Force Logistics operation, as perceived by the three groups of respondents, namely: the airmen, the staff sergeants and the technical sergeants along the following areas or components: 1.1 Staffing: 1.2 Policy formulation and implementation; You sent 1.3 Records management; 1.4 Monitoring and evaluation; and 1.5 Procurement system. 2. Is there a significant difference in the perceived effectiveness of the said system operation as perceived by the three groups of respondents along the five components? 3. What are the problems encountered in the implementation of the said system in terms of the five (5) mentioned components? 4. Is there significant difference on the encountered problems in the implementation of the said system as perceived by the three groups of respondents? 5.
