  <abstract>This study attempted to determine the teaching performance, commitment, organizational commitment, and satisfaction of Industrial Technology teachers in the Division of City Schools, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. More specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the demographic profile of the Industrial  Technology teachers in the elementary and secondary levels  according to:  a. age;  b. gender;  c. civil status;  a. educational attainment; and  b. length of experience in the teaching profession?  2. What is the level of performance of Industrial Technology  teachers in elementary and secondary levels?  3. What is the level of teaching satisfaction, teaching  commitment and organizational commitment of Industrial  Technology teachers in the elementary and secondary  levels?  4. Is there a significant difference in the level of teaching  commitment, organizational commitment and teaching  satisfaction of Industrial Technology teachers in the  elementary and secondary levels in relation to: a. age;  b. educational attainment; and  c. length of teaching experience?  NULL HYPOTHESIS  There is no significant difference in the level of teaching  commitment, organizational commitment, and teaching satisfaction of  Industrial Technology teachers in the elementary and secondary  levels.</abstract>
