  <abstract>The profile of the respondents showed that 44 or 74.58 percent are married and 15 or 25.42 percent are single mathematics teachers. Most of the respondents completed a BS degree with MA units in their educational attainment, 15 or 25.42 percent presently handled second year, third year and fourth year levels, and only 14 or 23.73 percent of the respondents handled first year. As to teaching experience, a great number has rendered five (5) to nine (9) years teaching experience. With respect to number of students per class, majority of the respondents have 50 or more number of students per class; 56 or 94.92 percent have 3 to 4 seminar-workshops or trainings attended in the school level; 48 or 81.36 percent have 5 to 6 seminar-workshops attended in the division level; 55 or 93.22 percentage have 2 or less number of seminar-workshops attended in the regional level; 57 or 96.61 percent attended in the national level; and none in the international level. In terms of performance rating, 47 or 79.66 percent of the respondents have very satisfactory performance rating, with only 12 or 20.34 percent having a satisfactory rating.</abstract>
