The study focused on the implementation of the Field Study in the new normal, the challenges encountered and the experiences of the key players of this study. As the study gives more emphasis on the existing implementation of the Field Study, a remote flexible field study framework in the new normal is proposed and considered as a significant contribution of the researcher to the organization.
