In its contemporary military context, she was interested to innovate a work-life balance program which would be of great help to the members of the Philippine Army organization specifically, the Non-Commissioncd Officers, who tirelessly working upon conducting operations in peacetime, crisis and war. Thus, the conceptualized program would be able to satisty their important personal needs as well as on improving their perceptions of their physical and psychological well-being at work. Moreover, the researcher hoped that by conducting this study, she would be able to give effective recommendations based on her insights gained from You sent the research results as part of her significant contribution to the Philippine Army community. The researcher utilized the Quantitative Correlational Method of research in order to assess sess the Philippine Army enlisted personnel military conditions to serve as a basis for rebuilding work-life balanced development program. There were 357 officers divided in two groups of respondents. The first group was made up of 89 Commissioned Officers, and the second group were the 268 Non-Commissioned Officers from the said headquarters. The period of assessment covered the Fiscal Year 2019-2020. The respondents strongly agreed on the Philippine Army enlisted personnel military conditions in terms of Socialization, Sports Development, Entertainment, Travel Opportunities, Leisure Activities, and Relaxation Moment and that the enlisted personnel morale and welfare is highly influenced by the Job Satisfaction, Work Morale, Home-work Integration, and Health Condition. Consequently, a proposed Work-life Balance program was designed to enrich the morale and welfare of the Philippine Army enlisted personnel.
