The study sought to examine the challenges experienced by teachers of multi-grade classes, Multi-grade teaching has risen to the top of the Teaching profession's priorty list. The rationale for bringing this problem up is acknowledgement that multi-grade teaching has the potential to increase teaching quality, As a result, the purpose of tnis research is to identify the challenges that multi-grade teachers experience a qualitative study was carried out at Guitassin Elementary School, Mahabang Kahoy Lejos Elementary School, Harasan Elementary School, and Lumampong Balabag Elementary School. Four schools with multi-grade classes were purposefully sampled. Individual interviews were conducted with seven teachers of multi-grade classrooms from the studied schools to obtain data According to the findings of the study five theme emerged, (1) Tedious Workload (1.1) Multiple Lesson Prearation, (1.2) Pilling-up Learning Activities to Check, (2) Juggling with Mutiple Roles (2.1) Professional responsibilities, (2.2) Personal Responsibility, (3)Draining Logistics Essential for Operations, (3.1) Inadequate modules, (3.2) Lack of You sent Equipment and Materials (4) Constraints in keeping the Communication Open for Learning, (4.1) Capability of Home Faci (4.2) Communicating with Learners, and (5) Bridging the Gap, (5.1) Supportive Leadership, (5.2) Continuing Education and Training, LAC session: Express and Distress, (5.3) Provision of Suplemental Learning Activities and Home Visitation and (5.4) Time Management First Things First. The researcher come up to a modular learning delivery model that will help to the teachers to cope up to the situations that they are facing.
