This study aimed to investigate the employability of persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the hospitality industry as management. This study has been motivated by the realization that most people with disabilities struggled to acquire a job because of ill- equipped assistance from departments or organizations supporting the said demographics when for job openings. Thus, the grounds for such difficulties must be recognized and attended to. Data were gathered through a 4-set validated 31-item survey tool on teamwork and cost, training, personal characteristics skills, gains, and challenges of PWDs in the hospitality industry. The respondents were managers and supervisors of establishments under categories of accommodation, food and beverage, spa, and casino. Data were examined using t-test for the independent samples. Resulting in the identification of the employment rate of PWD under the said categories of respondents.
