They will encounter different challenges and hard work throughout their internship. The main objective of this study is to explore the factors that influence a student's overall satisfaction with their internship experience and the challenges they encounter. The researcher utilized the descriptive quantitative design using Hospitality Management graduating students in selected schools in South Manila. The summary reflected significant findings wherein there are five challenges encountered by the respondents in their internship. The top concern raised by the respondents based on the analysis is the scheduling while the least concern raised by the respondents based on the analysis is the scope of training content.
