    <subfield code="a">This study intended to develop a Development Plan that will help the Small and Medium Enterprises to automate their laundry operation in Paranaque.  The researcher used a quantitative research method and descriptive statistics to interpret and analyze the result from 141 respondents of SMES around Paranaque.  Results showed that majority of the laundry SMES are Residential Laundry services that has 1-5 years in business operation with 1-5 employees and having a Php 21,000.00-Php 40,000.00 monthly revenue. SMES respondents are affected by the operational challenges of laundry operation in terms of controlling and executing. Respondents were very strongly to consider all the factors in automation in terms of Technological, Human. Organizational and Social Factor. The respondents preferred that the type of system that suggested by development plan should be user-friendly, expected to be the solution to human error, increase in sales in the laundry business and lastly, the automation should not affect the health and safety of the employees and company.  The researcher decided to create a development plan that will able to form a system designed for mobile application that connects the customer and the SMES to efficiently managed the laundry operation</subfield>
