Specifically, it is directed to do the following purposes/ objectives: (1) Present different cases on assessment integrity in the use of module in the new normal learning condition; (2) Draw essential themes derived from the presented cases; (3) Provide reflection on the given themes; (4) Cite implication of the given cases on assessment integrity on the foresight of researchers and education practitioners; and (5) Propose intervention mechanism to resolve the identity problems, issues and concerns. With the use of multiple case studies and thematic analysis, the following emerged as the most prominent themes: Spending Money in Answering the Modules, Copying/Cheating Answers from Other Parents, Parent/ Relatives Playing the role as Students. Copying Answers from the Internet and the No Choice but to Pass. As result, if DEPED is unable to increase the time required to complete the modules, the activities must be reduced. We are all aware that mistakes are unavoidable at times. As a result, teachers should re-evaluate the modules and ensure that all of the courses or activities are appropriate for the learners’ needs. The parents, as well as the children, are correct; each exercise’s direction must be simple enough for the students to grasp. Topics could be simplified and lecturers should provide more examples. aModular Learning. anew learning. adistance learning. aacademic dishonesty. aFlores, Nonilyn L. aGallego, Ma.
