N2  - Law was created in 2004 called the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act to safeguard women and children from violence. The law, also known as RA 9262, is in accordance with the guarantees of human rights set forth in the Philippine Constitution. This study examined the cases of violence against women and their children (VAWC) in Talon I, Las Piñas City to ascertain the degree of legal awareness, causes of unreported violent crimes, and preferences for reporting VAWC cases. Descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the responses that were gathered. We conduct through survey questionnaire with 26 responses, convenience sampling was used; of them, 26 were abuse complainants. While the victims ranged in age from 24-28 abuse were women between the ages Regardless of age, gender, Civil status, Profession is the most prevalent form seen. Although victims most frequently experience in harm, findings indicate that a significant number of VAWC complainant at talon uno Las Piñas the statistics show that 100% of domestic violence victims are female. at Talon 1 las pinas city. Majority of the respondents 24-28 years old this generates the highest percentages and frequency of the answer in tally of the questionnaire, the Level of effectiveness of Brgy.
