Bread is a popular must- have on a Filipino dining table. It has been across all corners of the Philippines and it is a universal favorite. The combination of flour, yeast, water, salt and sugar is known as the main ingredient of bread that can help us to have a small bakery to serve other people. The study identified the challenges and issues encountered by the local bakeries in Paranaque City District 1 as well as the significant differences or risk assessment and challenges and issues when grouped as claimed by years of operations and significant relation between risk assessment and challenges. The researchers gathered 120 participants from District 1 Paranaque City. The researchers used a 32- item self- administered survey questionnaire to collect data for this quantitative study. Data analysis involved a percentage of busines people variables. Weighted mean of the risk assessment and challenges and issues, while analysis variance (ANOVA) was to determine the significant differences or risk assessment and challenges and issues when grouped according to years of operation. Results indicated a problem in terms of money, machines, and materials, as they were the least acceptable. The pricing strategy was not appropriate, profits were not allocated properly, there were poor maintenance and slow equipment upgrades, there was no alternative supplier, and there was no proper storage of raw materials. Furthermore, the researchers encouraged the business owner to review the factor that they believe are implicating them.
