This study aims to explore the living experiences of the older adults and the reason why older people ended up in the home for the aged despite the belief of every Filipino that we must not let our own older adults{92} relatives to live in different homes as this shows respect and gratefulness to them. In this paper, the researchers utilize a qualitative method to identify the daily living of the older adults in the nursing home. The result of this study will determine the routine of older people inside the nursing home, also it will answer why older people ended up there. The method used to carry out this study is qualitative research. The data was collected using a face-to-face interview and used voice recording. The data collected was analyzed using thematic analysis. Results from the study indicate that there were some benefits associated with living in nursing homes, however there are many challenges encountered by residents of nursing homes. The findings showed that the elderly participants that were interviewed faced some challenges within their environment. It highlights social interaction, loneliness and abandonment. The researchers explored the offering of extensive support services relevant to the particular needs of older adults. These services include mental health assistance and organizing recreational activities. The strategy is given attempts to meet the different needs of aging people by providing holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being, as well as creating an encouraging environment where elderly individuals can excel, maintain their sense of worth, and enjoy a meaningful and fulfilling life. The focus of the researchers{92} promotion is on inclusion and raising awareness in order to address the challenges and create improvements.</subfield>
