The findings from six respondents highlight the significance of clinical skills in nursing, advantages of online education, connectivity problems, coping strategies for online learning, experiences with online education, and the transition to real-life clinical settings. Key findings include the importance of being hands on face to face and continuous learning for competitiveness in healthcare, the flexibility and convenience of online education, difficulties with internet connectivity, and the preference for hands-on teaching methods. Challenges such as a negative impact on self-confidence, feelings of inadequacy, and struggles in applying basic skills in real-life settings are discussed. The study underscores the importance of hands-on face-to-face instruction for RLE (Related Learning Experience) subjects in nursing, as it is fundamental in nursing education that adequately prepares graduates for clinical practice ER -
