The Kiosk Online Ordering and Payment System (KiOOPSys) is a web-based platform to optimize the meal ordering and payment experience for users of the Integrated Basic Education Department{92}s canteen. Like a vending machine, KiOOPSys reduces confusion for canteen staff and enhances management efficiency. Its intuitive interface facilitates meal selection, payment, and pick-up, improving order accuracy and dining experience. In a fast-paced setting, the system significantly decreases wait times, minimizes physical contact, and promotes a touch-free environment for students and teachers. While prioritizing online ordering and payment processes, KiOOPSys intentionally excludes inventory management features to maintain focus on its primary objectives, thus ensuring a user-friendly and convenient system tailored to the needs of the users. The researchers employed descriptive analysis to summarize the responses, using the Likert scale and weighted mean to evaluate and analyze the gathered information. Following alpha testing, beta testing further assesses the product{92}s product readiness by surveying potential users, ensuring that the system is interactive and functional before its official launch. Based on these findings, several recommendations were proposed. These include the use of clear and large buttons alongside simple language to facilitate navigation for students, the addition of an automatic reload option for the reloadable card, the installation of larger screens for improved visibility, the implementation of privacy protections for the reloadable card, and ensuring large text is displayed for pricing and quantities.
