The purpose of this study is to assess the acceptability of residents of Paranaque City on ancestral houses as tourism attractions. This study aims to develop a heritage significance to tourists. This study used a descriptive quantitative method to determine the respondents{92} profiles and examined the level of acceptability with 382 responses from the residents of selected barangay in Parañaque City and were treated using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The study reveals that respondents in the age group 34-41 may have a higher level of interest or awareness in cultural heritage and tourism attractions, including ancestral houses.
