A person will go through a period of transition when they have to adapt to a new circumstance or development in order to completely embrace a new stage in their life. Their diversity of knowledge, faiths, languages, races, ethnicities, genders, and other cultural characteristics will be referred to as cultural diversity. This study identified the homegrown Visayan college students at Olivarez College, and investigated the ways in which their experiences in a culturally varied environment impact their lives, and it investigated the significant roles of these factors concerning Olivarez College Paranaque students for the 2023-2024 academic year. The information gathered through semi-structured interviews. This study d utilized qualitative research design using interviews, structured questionnaires, and focus group discussion among the eight (8) college students. A phenomenological approach was employed to investigate the lived experiences of homegrown Visayan college students at Olivarez College. The phenomenological approach was a qualitative research method that focused on exploring and understanding the essence of individuals' experiences within a specific phenomenon. The target population consisted of Visayan students who were studying at Olivarez College Paranaque in Metro Manila. Purposive sampling was used in choosing participants from the Visayan region.
