<subfield code="a">Infidelity in romantic relationships is an ongoing problem that can cause great misery to both individuals. Romantic infidelity does not only occur heterosexual relationships, but it also occurs in same sex relationships as well. The act of betrayal committed by their partner brings a deteriorating impact on the well-being of the LGBTQIA+ victim. This study delves into knowing the common reasons why their partner committed an act of betrayal, followed by knowing the emotional and psychological effects of infidelity to the victim, exploring how they cope and discussing the process of developing a psycho-emotional intervention program. This study employs a qualitative approach, and under the research designs of qualitative research, the researchers used a narrative analysis. The researchers conducted semi-structured interviews to the ten (10) LGBTQIA+ victims who all resided at Barangay San Dionisio, Paranaque City. Afterwards, the researchers utilize thematic analysis, where the researchers are analyzing the common patterns and generating themes which serve as their data results. This study has concluded a total of seven themes. The researchers concluded that a sense of dissatisfaction and uncontentment occurs in the partner{92}s choice, it delivers a painful effect on the emotional stability and mental health of a person and the LGBTQIA+ victims are very resilient. From the harnessed themes, a psycho-emotional intervention program namely {93}Prideful Recovery: A Journey to Healing From Infidelity{94} has been made, where its goal is to lessen the pain of infidelity that the LGBTQIA+ victims are experiencing. This intervention program is helpful and beneficial to them.</subfield>
