<subfield code="a">One of every academic institution is to produce graduates who possess outstanding qualifications and are fully prepared to excel in local and globally competitive work environments. A tracer study provides valuable insights into the performance and employability of graduates, which can be used to improve the quality of education and training programs (Cruz, 2022). The purpose of this study is to track the present whereabouts of employability and entrepreneurial endeavors of Olivarez College - Paranaque BSHM graduates from 2019-2023 and assess the relevance of the hard and soft skills offered by the program in their current profession and their entrepreneurial intention, considering factors such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. A quantitative-descriptive approach was employed, utilizing purposive sampling of 79 graduate respondents. The data were gathered via an online survey form utilizing Google Forms. The findings suggest that most graduates have been employed and currently work in a hospitality field linked to their degrees. Moreover, the composite mean interpretation of the hard and soft skills results indicates that these skills are much more relevant to their current profession that provided by the school program. The results also suggested that most graduates highly intend to pursue entrepreneurship. The process of hypothesis testing was conducted utilizing the statistical technique of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results indicate that the only factors that significantly differ in terms of the significance of skills to employability and entrepreneurial capabilities are the nature of the company and the length of time before acquiring a job profession. These differences are observed when the data is categorized according to demographic profile. A promotional marketing tool was proposed.</subfield>
