This research aims to investigate AO Freight Logistics Corporation{92}s compliance with OSH standards and identify associated risks to create an Occupational Safety and Health Manual for minimizing workplace accidents. To accomplish this, a quantitative-correlational research design was used, incorporating conclusions from 75 studies and literature. The research involved all 83 AO Freight Logistics Corporation employees from various branches who completed a survey questionnaire. The findings indicated that AO Freight Logistics Corporation complies with Occupational Safety and Health standards. The company has identified non-compliance with OSH standards, including a lack of monthly check-ups for employees, absence of a company nurse, and employees not wearing personal protective equipment when on duty. There is no system in place to track employee compliance with OSH standards.
