This study aimed to assess students{92} satisfaction levels regarding waiting in line for enrollment payment transactions at the cashier and to identify common challenges faced during these transactions. Through descriptive quantitative research, the study examined differences in the level of satisfaction with their payment transactions and common challenges among students based on demographic profiles. It explored correlations between payment transactions and everyday challenges. Three hundred forty-six students from various programs at Olivarez College participated in the study. Data analysis included percentages for demographic profiles and weighted means for satisfaction levels regarding waiting in line. Spearman Rho correlation, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney U tests were used for statistical analysis. The findings revealed that most students were satisfied with their payment transactions and common challenges encountered. The Mann-Whitney U test indicated no significant difference in satisfaction levels in payment transactions among respondents grouped by program. Furthermore, Spearman{92}s Rho correlation analysis highlighted significant relationships between payment transactions and everyday challenges. These results provide valuable insights for improving the student payment experience and reducing long waiting times at the cashier. The findings aimed to develop information dissemination materials to address identified challenges and enhance overall satisfaction with enrollment payment transactions among students in Olivarez College. aEnrollment Payment Transactions. aPrivate College. aLevel of Satisfaction. aWaiting in Line. aCommon Challenges. aInformation Dissemination Material. aManzano, Charlene Joyce R. aProgoso, Jasper T. aVillamanto, Heart E.
