This thesis investigated the application of Lean Production Tools in the context of a computerized label factory, specifically focusing on UNIWIN Computerized Label Factory in Parañaque City. The study aimed to determine the impact of implementing Lean Principles on operational efficiency within the factory. Through a quantitative research approach, data were collected from the 65 production personnel using a researcher-made questionnaire, with statistical analysis conducted to explore relationships between variables. Findings revealed notable sex disparities in the workforce, with females comprising 73.8% of respondents. Significant positive correlations were found between years of service and utilization of Lean Production Tools, indicating a potential influence of experience on lean methodology adoption. The factory demonstrated strong adherence to quality control practices, employee training programs, and advanced technology integration, while Lean Production Tools such as Poka-Toke, Kanban, Pull System, and Value Stream Mapping received high ratings, indicating their perceived effectiveness in enhancing process efficiency and minimizing waste. Correlation analysis highlighted relationships between various best practices, lean tools, and demographic profiles, offering insights into factors influencing production efficiency. Recommendations included implementing targeted diversity and inclusion initiatives, strengthening employee training programs, and reinforcing Lean practices to optimize production process and improve competitiveness. These findings contributed to a better understanding of Lean Production{92}s applicability in the manufacturing sector and offered practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance operational efficiency and quality management.
