The purpose of this study is to look into the levels of competency and effectiveness of the review program among 4th-year graduates enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration program at Olivarez College. The idea of competency is used in this study as a collection of connected knowledge, skills, and abilities that can be tested against accepted criteria and enhanced through training and education. The goal is to generate useful insights that can be used to improve the program through focused reviews and enhancements. The research focuses on evaluating graduates{92} suitability for professional employment in customs administration as they near the end of their academic journey. The study employs a thorough research design, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, to identify program strengths and areas for improvement, providing specific inputs to guide the establishment of a review program. The research is quantitative study that utilizes a descriptive approach. With comparison approaches and correlational analysis, the descriptive method was used scientifically. The researcher treated the surveyed data through frequency counts. The target was the 3 batch of graduate students from the College of Customs Administration at Olivarez College. The findings of this research contribute to the ongoing efforts of Olivarez College to maintain the highest standards of academic excellence and to ensure that graduates are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the customs administration profession.
