N2  - The purpose of the study is to evaluate how well the Barangay Tanods are able to maintain peace and order in the Barangay BF Homes in Masville, Paranaque. This study specifically aimed to ascertain the respondents{92} profile with regard to age, sex, marital status, and highest level of education. The degree to which the Barangay Tanods and their constituents perceive the effectiveness of the Barangay Tanods in maintaining peace and order in their localities, as well as the challenges that the Barangay Tanods face in doing so.     Using a descriptive approach and a questionnaire as their main data collection tool, the researchers investigated the effectiveness of Barangay Tanods in maintaining peace and order in the Barangay BF Homes, Masville. Based on the information they gathered and reviewed, the researcher also thinks that the respondents are extremely efficient at fulfilling their responsibilities and duties. The respondents went on to say that they are highly successful in their role as first responders. They also claimed that their tasks of hazard recognition and patrolling are highly successful.
