This research paper analyzes the difference that exist between Gender Differences and Teaching Styles among secondary English teachers of Paranaque National High School Main. Several studies show that there is a significant difference between gender differences and teaching styles. Recent studies consistently state that male and female teachers are perceived differently in ways that are consistent with stereotypically gendered expectations of communication and interactive patterns (Kimmel, 2000). In this study, the researchers sought to answer the question if there is a significant difference between the gender preference and teaching styles of the respondents. The researchers gathered data from the 77 English teacher of Paranaque National High School- Main. The researchers used one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), in comparing the mean value of the samples to get the results. The results revealed that there is a difference between gender differences and teaching styles. The implications of this study could be used to promote effective teaching styles that would help the teachers in their field of teaching.
