This study aimed to understand the influence of the work environment on relationship dynamics, the experiences of participants engaged in office flings, the impact of affairs on decision-making and disposition, and its effect on work performance. The researchers acknowledge that the exploration of this study within the corporate environment is a delicate subject. The sensitivity arises from the potential impact on relationships, trust, and the integration of personal and professional lives. The study aims to approach this topic with sensitivity and utmost respect for the experiences of participants. With the use of Phenomenological approach, the researchers conducted a Semi-Structured interview to gather data from participants who have committed an office fling and as well as the side of the Cheatee. The research demonstrated that the work environment plays a significant role in the occurrence of office flings.
