We are in the age of the new normal, which compasses everything from face-to-face to online. The goal of this study is to study the new age of convenience store operation in a pandemic scenario, as well as to discover if there is a significant difference between the challenges, issues, and store operations when grouped into a business profile. The researchers gathered 100 convenience stores from Districts 1 and 2 of Parañaque City. The researchers used a validated 37-item self-administered questionnaire to collect data for this quantitative descriptive study. Data analysis involved percentage for demographic profile variables, weighted means in the 5s of Retailing management while analysis of variance (ANKVA) and T-test for independent means was calculated to determine the difference between challenges, issues, and store operation when grouped according to business profile. Results disclosed that the new normal setting seeked to have an effect on Challenges, Issues, and Store Operation. Furthermore, the researchers encouraged the employees of the selected convenience stores wherein the employees gave the proper response about the store's assessment of the business operation in terms of stock, space, staff, standard, and system as well as the challenges and issues that the store encounters on a day-to-day basis. The responses to the questionnaire of the employees based on the store's assessment; and the issues and challenges that were provided by the researchers were gathered and used as a basis in order to keep up with the day-to-day operations of the store and to further improve from mismanagement, loss of product, high attrition rate of employees, and for the safety of the products, employees, and customers ER -
