Other statistics mentioned that around 216,000 undergraduates in the Philippines are not juggling schools and their workplaces. Half of the employed college students can finish college, as many of them concentrate on their studies and have a big problem. On the other hand, this study helps lessen the stress and problems of working students, especially in the nursing program. The researchers proposed a webinar plan for the working students, stakeholders, and even the working industry. The researchers utilized quantitative study in this study; it is the process of collecting and analyzing numerical data. A descriptive research design was selected to achieve the study{92}s objectives as it explores the correlation between a working student{92}s academic performance and work activities. This descriptive research design was used to investigate how working students{92} academic performance is affected and how they might manage their time between employment and school. It will therefore be simple to use this strategy. Based on the findings, there is a significant positive difference in the academic performance of the working students in their work-life which means working students can handle the stress and problems in both workplace and school life. On the other hand, it is also evident in the findings that sections need to take action to create a positive environment and healthy life for working students. aFinancial problems. aAcademic performance. aWorking-life. aAldurgham, Roselyn C. aBebedor, Ariane Rose C. aEsteban, Jannarie Z. aHenningsson, Veronica Ann P. aMurao, Abegail Jane C.
