<subfield code="a"> There are problems encountered by radiographers, concerning handling and care for geriatrics. The study's main goal is to identify the technical difficulties experienced by radiologic technologists in handling older adult patients. A descriptive research method was used for the study, consisting of 73 radiologic technologists in Parañaque City as the respondents. To gather the data, a 4-point scale was used. Results show that a great number of respondents belong to 26-30 years old with 1-5 years of field experience, the research also revealed that a significant difference was seen in exposure techniques and, the demographic profile of the radiologic technologists, has no relation to the patient care management, and positioning technique in imaging older adults patients. The respondent also agreed that they experienced difficulties in terms of {93}patient care management{94} and {93}positioning technique{94} and disagreed that they faced difficulty in handling patients in terms of exposure techniques. It was recommended to have a management of technical difficulties experienced by radiologic technologists in handling older adult patients such as information about technical difficulties experienced by similar radiologic technologists, disseminating information to other imaging technologists through sources like articles and journals, and campaign should be a launch to spread awareness technical difficulties in handling older patients and enhance the good flow rates, about mitigating delays and risks, and explore more effective ways to lessen the anxiety, fear, and hesitation an older adult patient feels while providing the comfortable experience whenever undergoing a radiographic examination. The output of the study is a brochure that showcases the strategies that can be used in imaging older adult patients.</subfield>
