<subfield code="a">The COVID-19 pandemic caused a lot of challenges to everyone, especially to the medical frontliners, specifically radiologic technologist. The research study aims to determine the challenges and experiences of radiologic technologists in Ospital ng Paranaque District I and Unihealth-Paranaque Hospital & Medical Centre to know their challenges and experiences. The respondents{92} answers from the interview were used to determine the challenges and experiences of radiologic technologists during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through qualitative interviews, this study captures the nuanced perspectives of radiologic technologists as they navigated the turbulent COVID-19 pandemic. Radiologic technologists faced unprecedented challenges during this global health crisis, which altered their practices, routines, and experiences within medical imaging departments. This retrospective analysis explores the multifaceted dimensions of theiR journey during this pandemic. The challenges that radiologic technologists encountered were numerous and difficult. The lack of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the increased danger of contracting the virus presented several challenges for them to overcome in order to guarantee patient care and individual safety. Furthermore, the unexpected surge in COVID-19 cases put a strain on staff and resources, increasing workloads and requiring quick adjustments to new policies and practices. Radiologic technologists responded to the epidemic with resilience and creativity in spite of the challenges. Using technology to minimize in-person interactions while preserving continuity of treatment. Furthermore, interdisciplinary cooperation and solidarity were shown to be essential foundations in addressing the situation, encouraging healthcare professionals to work together and share responsibilities. The experiences of radiologic technologists during the COVID-19 pandemic underscored the importance of preparedness, flexibility, and adaptability in the face of unforeseen challenges. Lessons learnt from this period have profound implications for future pandemics and public health emergencies, emphasising the need for robust contingency plans, sufficient resources, and comprehensive support systems for frontline healthcare workers.</subfield>
