N2 - ESiOR milktea had continued to serve their to their customer using the advantage of social media to operate and promote the ESiOR products despite the pandemic, co-researchers implementing strategies to help accommodate their operation on a day-to-day basis, but despite the sustainability strategies that they implemented, ESiOR Milktea had a hard time adapting to a new normal environment. Since the government health protocol about the virus is affecting ESiOR suppliers of materials and ingredients they used to make milktea. To obtain credible information the researchers made a structured interview that is sent to the informant, the researchers conducted five (5) in-depth interviews with informants, through online messages which were analyzed using narrative analysis. Even though ESiOR Milktea uses the advantage of the social media which is relevant nowadays for business and managed to sustain their operation despite the pandemic, ESiOR still faced some issues and challenges that affected their business. Based on the data that has been gathered, the researchers propose an alternative inventor)' strategic plan that may help micro-enterprise businesses like ESiOR Milktea to sustain in the new normal. The findings suggest conducting a gap analysis.
