This new normal, there arc many changes when it comes to the business operation in Giligan{92}s Restaurant like figuring out how to survive with takeout and delivery service only. The objective ofthis study is to identify the challenges and issues that Giligan{92}s faced. This study examines medium enterprises in Vista Mall Las Pinas City from a qualitative analysis. Medium-enterprise are privately owned businesses whose capital, workforce, and assets fall below a certain level. On the other hand, qualitative analysis uses subjective judgment to analyze a company{92}s value or prospects based on non-quantifiable information. This study was done through document analysis of articles about Giligan{92}s and in-depth interview of the employees to gain credible information. The findings suggest that creating a new and effective strategy will help Giligan{92}s to survive and strengthen in this new normal setup.
