To address the challenges of the 21st century, students must make a concerted effort to develop their skills to adapt to the needs of the labor market. This study aims to determine and analyze the employability skills of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration students of Olivarez College Paranaque in terms of 2lst-workplace demands. The data from this quantitative descriptive study are collected through Google Form survey questionnaires from the chosen 145 respondents from different college levels of Olivarez College Paranaque students. The findings showed that the majority of the students in Level 3 are employed on a permanent status and were able to get a workplace for an average of four months after graduation. Il also showed that the majority work in an industry of 21st-century workplace demand and the learned skills are valuable and suitable for their jobs.
